Some workmanship checking points for knife qualiy control:
1-Appearance: no indentations, broken, scratch, distortion, rust, crack, etc defects
2-Handle panels assembled with proper fit and alignment
3-Belt clip be attached securely and be free from imperfections to the finish
4.Blade cutting edge is machined/grinded uniformly on both sides.
5.Blade cutting edge is as sharp as allowed by the steel
6. Liner lock does not allow any movement of the blade when locked
7.Knife blade and handle be clean and polished – free from dirt, fibers, grease, etc.
8.Sharpness test, hardness test, function test, measurement check
