Some common factors for wok/ pan quality control:
Appearance:
1. The inside of the paint should be environmental protection
2. The pot’s surface should be smooth
3. To check whether there is raised points and potholes on the surface
4. To check whether there is crack on the surface
5. Can be overturned bottom of the pot, prop the pot concave center counter with a finger, struck with
a hard object, the louder the sound, it is better if you feel the vibration is bigger
6. Check the distribution of thickness and thin.
Size:
1.Measure the dimension and weight.
Quality test:
1. HIGH-TEMP test: the pot is heated to 300~350 degrees, put it into cooling water for cooling, require the pot
will not burst
2.Non-stick test: Fried egg
Paint's adhesive ability:
Cross cut test:
A.Use Cross Cut Tester to score 11 lines for each Vertical and horizontal, marking the length is about 20MM,
the depth of cut is appropriate to the paint layer.

C. Prepare 3M tape with length of 75mm (type 610#)
