2-Durability and flexibility:the hanger could bear certain weight without breaking or falling
3-Weight, Strength, quality and toughness
(for plastic hangers)by twisting the hangers to a certain radius, checking the quality of the material
and performing strength testing;
(for wooden hangers) the moisture content should be between 8%-12%.
